Premium Coffee at Home with Nespresso Vertuo Plus

I spent a while searching for the perfect coffee maker, and the Nespresso Vertuo Plus turned out to be quite good. I used to use a Keurig, which was convenient, but the coffee quality kept declining, and I got tired of drinking bad coffee. So I tried Nespresso, and I was really satisfied with the taste that's like what you'd get at a coffee shop. The Americano tastes similar to what you'd get at Starbucks, and it's really easy to use. My husband was also impressed with the taste, but he finds the 7.7 oz pods a bit weak, so he adds an espresso shot. The pros are that it's relatively affordable, easy to set up and use, and makes delicious coffee. The cons are that pods are expensive and hard to find in stores. You mainly have to buy them from Nespresso or Amazon, and they average about $1 per pod. It's also a bit noisy, but I was fine with that. Overall, I'm satisfied, but the descaling process is really cumbersome. Following the manual didn't work well, and I had to find accurate instructions on the Nespresso website. Fortunately, you only have to do it 1-2 times a year.

The coffee made with this machine is the most delicious I've ever had, and the crema is fantastic. When you use heavy cream, it's incredibly delicious. I don't think you'll find better coffee anywhere.
